Program Content
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act continues to be scrutinized by the examiners. Whether you are a new or an experienced Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer, there are areas that you may not feel as comfortable with. This program is designed to enhance your skills, in addition, to picking up new tricks and tips to maximize your programs designed to comply with these important BSA issues facing your bank. Most importantly, you will be ready to face the BSA and AML challenges with a better understanding and a few more effective tools.

We will review the main requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act including Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Information Sharing, Privately-Owned ATMs, Monetary Instrument Recordkeeping, Funds Transfers (wires) Recordkeeping, Beneficial Ownership, Money Service Businesses, and more.
