Program Content
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act remains an important issue with regards to examinations and bank liability. A substandard BSA program may expose your bank to unwanted regulatory scrutiny and possible penalties. This program is designed to learn foundational and advanced BSA topics as well as issues that have derived from audits and exams. We will cover everything a BSA Officer needs to know to maintain a good BSA program.

Presented by
Neal Barclay, CRCM, AVP - Compliance Specialist/Auditor
Neal been a part of the KBA for nearly 7 years, performing audits, consulting, training, and teaching in the area State Association schools. Prior to joining the KBA, Neal has worked in multiple banks and has over 30 years of banking experience as a Compliance Officer, BSA Officer and as a Consumer/Mortgage Lender.
