*Please bring a laptop, as you'll be creating modules, evaluations, and other materials during the workshop.

Becky is a seasoned business owner with over 26 years of experience in developing innovative, collaborative professional development programs in the financial sector. She holds certifications in coaching, sales, instructional design, facilitation, and problem-solving. Currently, she oversees the Train-the-Trainer Workshop and Training Forums across thirteen states. Over the past two years, she has spoken at conferences, including the Bank Trainers Conference and Women's Conferences. She also serves on the IBA Banking on Women committee.
