Shannon Capps - VP - Assistant Manager, CFBS
Shannon began her banking career in 1986 and has almost 40 years of banking experience in compliance, BSA, risk management, human resource management, and operations. Shannon earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 1998 and the Society of Human Resource Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation in 2015. Shannon graduated from the Graduate School of Banking - University of Wisconsin in 2014 and earned the ABA's Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation in 2024. Shannon has served on numerous advisory boards including the GSB-Wisconsin Bank Advisory Board and Kansas State SHRM Council. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and camping with her husband and fur babies.
Bobby Young, JD - VP - Staff Attorney, BCS
Bobby graduated from Washburn University School of Law. Prior to law school, Bobby earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas and worked for over nineteen years in non-profits in management, leadership development, human resources, and information technologies. Bobby is licensed in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Bobby and his family enjoy exploring America's great National Parks and natural wonders.
