We will take a deep dive into the components of the BSA/AML rule, CIP documentation, CDD requirements, CTR completion, monitoring for and reporting suspicious activity, elder financial exploitation, MSBs, OFAC, and much more! Additionally, we will explore recent developments with the regulation and the governing agencies, including the updated Beneficial Ownership rules, and any potential changes on the horizon.
 
We will provide you tips to maximize and strengthen your BSA program, discuss BSA issues from audits and exams, and provide
you the tools and resources to help you successfully manage your responsibilities as the BSA Officer.

Program Presenter
Neal Barclay, VP - Auditor with Compliance First Banking Solutions
Neal has been with the KBA since 2017. Prior to that, Neal worked with multiple banks for 30 years in Compliance, BSA, & Mortgage/Consumer Lending. Neal has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance & Economics from Pittsburg State University in 1987. He graduated from the Graduate Schools of Banking-University of Wisconsin in 1992 and earned the ABA’s CRCM designation in 2005. Neal has been an instructor at the KBA/NBA Compliance School since 2018.

**Program fees are based on bank asset size. There is no limit on the number of people that can attend the virtual session from your financial institution. Please login and register one person from your bank and pay based on your bank’s asset size.
