Program Content
Michael Wear, GSB-Wisconsin Faculty and Loan Portfolio Management Section Leader, will present a bank capital risk management webinar to identify commercial borrower misrepresentation of financial statements and fraud. Learn how to "catch a thief" and protect your business owners from employee fraud - by seeing how others tried to hide the numbers.

In addition, the webinar will provide warning flags and tips to avoid lender liability lawsuits. Why offer this? In recessionary times, lawsuits against banks AND BANKERS pop-up quickly.

After the webinar, the presenter will be available to participants for questions and further assistance to participants.
